Designs are a smaller scale than Level 1 and there are more pattern options available at this level. There can be different designs used among the blocks and borders. Blocks are used as a guide for quilting designs. Max of 3 thread colors.
Designs may be more complicated than Level 2, a smaller scale, or it may require more thread colors. Max 5 thread colors.
This is reserved for quilts with some of the most complicated, smaller scale, or custom quilting patterns. This will typically be detailed FPP or EPP quilts. Max 7 thread colors.
